NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY:



Unfortunately, due to an increased amount of no-shows and same day cancellations, we will be implementing a no-show and cancellation fee of $25.00 effective MARCH 20th, 2023.

 A "no-show" is missing a scheduled appointment without cancelling. A "same-day cancellation" is cancelling your appointment the day of your scheduled appointment.


 It is necessary for us to make appointments in order to see our patients as efficiently as possible. No-shows cause problems that go beyond a financial impact on our practice. When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another patient. No-shows delay the delivery of healthcare to other patients, some who are critically ill.   

Please be courteous and call at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment to avoid a no-show/same day cancellation fee of $25.00. Our office staff will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
